What I have learned from working PT at Williams Sonoma

I started working at Williams Sonoama simply due to I love this stinking store. I have been cooking for a couple years now and if I were to pick any store within the brand it would be this one.

The WS that I work in is the flagship store. Working there I got to meet Chuck Williams himself. He comes in often and in meeting him I have learned a lot. Hearing his story I have learned even more. Here is a man that had a dream and made it a reality.

It is so cool to see him walk into this store and just light up. He is an older man and I think with a man his age its all in the face. I see how proud he is of this store. I mean I can't really imagine the risk it took to start a store like this.

Well, during training you get to hear the story and hear the risk, the defeats, the success. In listening and being able to be a part of his dream in a very small way I learn that with victory comes risk. And when I look at my life I do not see enough risk. With that I fear not being able to ever achieve the ultimate for my life.

So I have decided that I need to start adding more risk and allowing myself to fail and get back up again. I need to start recognizing that
